We’ve made the Evalu8 system as intuitive and easy to use as possible. New users may have questions about how specific parts of the system work, how to configure the system or how to customize messages from the system to suit their needs. Don’t panic; we’re here to help!
Contacting the Evalu8 Support Team
If you need a hand with anything, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. The way to do this is to submit a Support Ticket. To create a Support Ticket, log in to the main Administration page and click on the blue Contact Us button.
You will be presented with the main contact page. Select the type of request you want to send (Support Request or Feature Request), add a Subject, then let us know what we can help you with. If you happen to have captured a screenshot, you can upload that file with your request.
Adding an Attachment to Your Support Ticket
If you want to send us a file with your support request, select the Choose File button. This will launch an “Open” window in your operating system. Navigate to the location of the file you want to send, then click Open.
The Open prompt defaults to standard image formats, but you can change that to “All files” using the pull-down list above the Open button.
What Happens Next
Your Support Request ticket is automatically routed to members of the Evalu8 team. They will quickly review your request and forward it to the Evalu8 staff member who can respond to your inquiry the fastest.
