In most cases, you will find that your clients leave great reviews of your business on social media. Every now and then, things do go wrong. When this happens, it’s important to act efficiently and professionally to remedy the situation. Staying on top of feedback from the Evalu8 system is the key to making all your clients as happy as possible.
Turn On Notifications
One great way to stay on top of what’s happening with Evalu8 is to turn on both Good and Poor Review Alerts. You can find the Alert settings by logging in to the Evalu8 Administration page and selecting the Account Settings link on the right side of page at the top.
Once the Account Settings page loads, scroll down to the blue Alert Me When a User Submits bar and select both the Good Reviews and Poor Reviews options. Be sure to select the green Submit button when done.
Add To Your Meeting Agenda
The more you and your staff talk about Evalu8, the more it will get used. If you have weekly, monthly or even quarterly staff meetings, make sure a review of the wins and the lessons learned by using Evalu8 is on the agenda and in the minutes.
Use the Reports and Graphs
Evalu8 includes the ability to present the administrator with a great deal of information in terms of graphs and reports about review requests.
To see the performance graphs, select the blue Dashboard tab for a quick overview of Review Requests, Ratings and Employee interaction.
If you want to manipulate the data from Evalu8 yourself in Excel, Sheets or Calc, you can export review information directly. Select the blue Manage Reviews tab.
Once the Manage Reviews page is open, select the white Export Data box. You will be prompted with three file format options to save your review data.
The file format options are:
CSV: Comma Separated Values
TXT: Text file with each value separated by a tab
JSON: JavaScript Object Notation
Choose whichever format works best with your spreadsheet software. You can manipulate the information as you see fit from this point.
Once you have created reports, you can share them with your management team or staff members.
Check the Changelog
The team here at Evalu8 is working constantly to improve the service and, when possible, add new features. Checking the Changelog from time to time will let you know what functionality has been added or changes have been made to the service.
You can view the Changelog by selecting the Help option from the main menu at www.evalu8.net and selecting Changelog.
We hope you find this information valuable in getting the most out of the Evalu8 service. If you need help with any aspect of the system, reach out to us by creating a Support Ticket. We’ll route your request to the right member of the team so you get a reply as quickly as possible.
