The Evalu8 service was designed to make managing social media review requests quick and easy. You can personalize the system in many ways to make each interaction seem like a personalized one-on-one conversation. One way we accomplish this is by allowing you to enter your staff members’ names into the system.
This article will review the process of adding your staff names and explain where the system uses that information in your Review Request communications.
Add Your Staff to Evalu8
Start by logging in to the Administrator page, then select Account Settings on the right side of the page. Select the green Staff Members button. If you have not yet added staff members, click on the green Add Staff button.
Enter the first and last name of your employee and their direct email address. The Current Employee checkbox should be checked. Once done, click on the green Submit button.
You should add the name and contact information for any staff member who may ask a client for permission to send them a social media review request. Be sure to include yourself as well, assuming you interact with your customers.
Where Staff Member Information is Used
When you create a new Review Request, the first item on the list is a pull-down menu with contact information for all the staff members you have added to the Evalu8 system.
Choose the name of your staff member who requested permission to send the Social Review link.
Complete the process of entering the client contact information, then click the Submit button.
In a few minutes, the customer will receive an email or text message requesting a social media review, and the message will have the chosen staff member’s name at the end of the request.
Current Employee Checkbox
The Current Employee Checkbox is available so that you can remove a staff member’s name from the pull-down list without removing the name from your Evalu8 account. Leaving the name in the system allows you to continue to generate report information that includes that staff member.
We hope you find this information valuable in getting the most out of the Evalu8 service. If you need a hand getting things configured, reach out to us by creating a Support Ticket. We’ll route your request to a member of our team who can help you.
